Account information
PakSure uses the business, contact, subscription, authorized-computer, and support information you provide to operate your account, enforce plan limits, protect access, deliver updates, and respond to requests.
Authentication and billing
Secure website sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly in the PakSure desktop application. PakSure receives subscription status, plan, billing dates, customer identifiers, and payment-state updates needed to provide access.
Local warehouse data
Imported orders, shipment history, scanner assignments, employees, badge values, settings, generated labels, and most packing activity normally stay within the PakSure installation on your Windows computer. Your business controls the computer, its backups, and who can use it.
Packing videos and camera credentials
Packing recordings are saved locally in PakSure’s packing-video folder unless a separate connected service is expressly enabled. Camera addresses and credentials are used to connect to cameras selected by your business. Your business is responsible for lawful recording, notices, access controls, retention periods, and deletion of footage.
Warehouse Sync and connected features
When Warehouse Sync is enabled, PakSure sends the account, warehouse, employee-roster, and shipment information required to coordinate connected warehouses. It does not upload locally recorded packing videos as part of standard Warehouse Sync. Connected features are used only when enabled for the account.
Support and diagnostics
When you send a help request or bug report, PakSure receives the details you submit, the associated account, and limited application information such as the installed version. Do not include passwords, camera credentials, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary customer information in a support message.
Retention after cancellation
Ending a subscription does not automatically erase warehouse records stored locally on the customer’s computer. The expiration screen allows a local export. Account, billing, security, and support records may be retained as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and document transactions.
Security
PakSure uses signed computer-bound licenses and protected local session storage. No system can promise absolute security. Use unique passwords, protect recovery information, remove computers that are no longer trusted, restrict administrator access, secure the Windows account, and maintain backups.
Your choices
You can update company information, manage billing, remove authorized computers, export local PakSure data, delete local records through available controls, and request account assistance through the Help Center. Contact support to ask about correction or deletion of account information, subject to records we must retain.
Customer and employee privacy
Businesses using PakSure are responsible for giving appropriate notices and handling customer, employee, and visitor information under the laws and workplace rules that apply to them.
