Add employees first, print their badges, connect each COM scanner, then download a platform CSV.

  1. Add employees in Settings → Employees
  2. Print a barcode or QR badge
  3. Assign each USB-COM scanner to a station
  4. Download a Whatnot, TikTok Shop, or configured-platform CSV
Getting startedImport orders from a CSV+

PakSure watches Downloads and the Reports folder, imports a new file once, and shows the newest uploaded show in Shipments.

  1. Download the platform CSV
  2. Wait for the PakSure status bar to confirm the import
  3. Open Shipments and select the newly uploaded show
PackingConnect a barcode scanner+

PakSure station scanners must use USB-COM or Virtual COM mode. Bluetooth HID is not used for station scanning.

  1. Scan the USB-COM or Virtual COM setup barcode in the scanner manual
  2. Open Settings → Barcode Scanner
  3. Identify the scanner and assign its COM port to the correct station
PackingA product number will not scan+

For Code 128 scanners, allow short barcode values so single-digit PakSure numbers can scan.

  1. Open the barcode scanner manual
  2. Find Code 128 minimum length
  3. Set minimum length to 0 or 1
  4. Scan the PakSure number label again
PackingWrong item, duplicate, and already fulfilled+

Wrong Item means the scan is not required. Duplicate means all required units were already scanned. Already Fulfilled uses tracking and shows the saved fulfillment record.

  1. Read the warning title
  2. Check the physical item or shipping label
  3. Correct the scan that caused the warning
  4. Continue only after the warning is cleared
StationsOpen and save station views+

Place each station window on its assigned monitor, choose Save View, confirm the layout, and restore it with Open Saved Views.

  1. Open the required station
  2. Drag it to the correct monitor
  3. Choose Save View and confirm
  4. Use Open Saved Views next time
StationsRoute warning sounds to station speakers+

Station Speaker Mixer assigns one computer audio output to each station. Warning choices select the sound; Test Output only previews it.

  1. Open Settings → Warning Sounds
  2. Choose an output for each station
  3. Choose each warning sound
  4. Save and use Play beside the station mixer
PrintingSet up printing and auto print+

Choose installed printers and paper options in Printer Settings. Local pickup and canceled auto print can use their own assigned printers.

  1. Open Settings → Printer Settings
  2. Choose each label printer and paper size
  3. Run Print Test Label
  4. Turn on the required auto-print toggles and save
PrintingPrint shipment or generator labels+

Select labels, choose Print, review each page in PakSure Preview, choose printer options on the left, and print.

  1. Select one or more labels
  2. Choose Print
  3. Review every preview page
  4. Choose the printer and select Print
PeopleEmployees, badges, and permissions+

Adding an employee creates barcode and QR badge labels. Permission changes update the same badge value instead of creating a new employee.

  1. Add the employee in Settings
  2. Print either badge format
  3. Set permissions in Admin Settings
  4. Use the same badge after a permission change
PeopleLunch reminders and sign-out+

A reminder appears five minutes before lunch. PakSure signs the employee out after the active order and blocks their badge until lunch ends.

  1. Select the employee in Station Messages
  2. Set lunch start and end times
  3. Save the lunch schedule
  4. Keep the shipper signed into the correct station
RecordsFind an order in Shipments+

Search tracking, order number, SKU, seller SKU, buyer, or product listing. Filters apply to the complete history.

  1. Open Shipments
  2. Choose status, platform, channel, show, or warehouse
  3. Enter the most specific search value
  4. Expand the shipment for item scan details
RecordsOpen a packing video receipt+

Assign one IP camera to each station section. Select Video in a fulfilled shipment to open that order's saved recording window.

  1. Open Settings → Packing Video
  2. Add the camera and verify its connection
  3. Assign it to the correct station section
  4. Select Video from a fulfilled shipment
AccountManage plans, billing, and computers+

Sign in on MyPakSure.com to update the company profile, manage billing, download PakSure, or remove a connected computer.

  1. Sign in to your PakSure account
  2. Open Account
  3. Choose Billing, Computers, or Downloads
  4. Save the change on the correct warehouse subscription
AccountReset an account or admin password+

Website passwords reset through secure account verification. The desktop admin password resets with the recovery method configured by the business administrator.

  1. Website: choose Forgot password on Sign In
  2. Desktop: open Admin Settings and choose Forgot Password
  3. Complete the secure verification shown on screen
